Varieties: 100% Garnacha Tintorera (Black).
Alcohol: 14.5% v/v.
Vineyard: Villamanta – Navalcarnero.
DO: Wines from Madrid.
Elaboration: Manual harvest. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: 16 months in barrel.
Colour: Intense garnet, with a very covered layer.
Aroma: Intense and complex nose. Aromas of black fruits and the forest. Spicy and balsamic notes typical of its aging in French oak appear in the background. Oxygenation uncovers its great complexity.
Taste: Powerful entrance with a lot of amplitude and volume. Slight sweet sensation. Good acidity well assembled with fine and elegant tannins. Very persistent finish.
Consumption: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Pairing: Grilled meat and fish, roasts, cured cheeses, sausages.
