CATA’S NOTES
Colour: Bordeaux red with violet reflections. middle layer
Scent: High intensity. Explosion of red fruits (cherries, strawberries) and sweets with very spicy notes. Very complex, it evolves until dry fruits and balsamic characters appear.
Taste: Fresh and pleasant entry with a lot of volume. Abundant but soft and balanced tannins, very fruity and persistent. Consumption: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Pairing: Grilled meat and fish, roasts, cured cheeses, sausages.
