Elaboration: Manual harvest. Fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: In barrel 12 months on its lees. Bottled without prior clarification.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Ruby red. high layer Intense and clean.
Aroma: High intensity. Aromas of ripe red fruits and black fruits, accompanied by notes of black liquorice. Spicy aromas also appear, linked to its time in the barrel, such as vanilla.
Taste: Good entry in the mouth, wide and with volume. Fresh and spicy notes. Cedar, dried fruit. Fleshy and high quality tannin. Very persistent.
Consumption: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Pairing: Grilled meats and fish, roasts, cured cheeses.
