Elaboration: Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with native yeasts.
Aroma: Crisp ripe red fruit. Blackberries, raspberries, currants. mineral background. Taste: smooth entry and volume. Fresh and fruity. Well integrated tannins and acidity. Great taste-aromatic harmony. Lingering finish.
Consumption: Serve between 12-16ºC.
Pairing: Sausages and soft cheeses. Legumes, birds, small game. Ideal for tapas.
